*AFTER EACH COMPLEX WEIGHT IS INCREASED. ATHLETE CONTINUES UNTIL FAILURE. This complex is about tenacity. This should NOT be easy. Everyone needs to push themselves on this. Youre done when you can no longer complete a movement or can no longer grip the bar. NO QUITTING!!
