L3 - assisted ring dips, hbbs @ 60% of 1 RM

L2 - 44/26 lb kbs, assisted ring dips,  hbbs @ 50% of 1 RM

L1 - 35/18 lb kbs, assisted ring dips, manageable hbbs

L1m - End and Begin with a 200m run

         3 Rounds

        15 KBS (manageable weight)

        12 Parallette Dips

        9 High Bar Back Squat (PVC or manageable weight)
