Day 30 of the Nutrition Challenge

I am strictly participating as a long distance leech from the east coast. The challenge is now not a challenge but a normal ritual for me. In addition, between the WODs and the challenge, I am stronger and, in particular, hitting pr's in my running. Thank you

Some look-alike impostor went in my stead today and she was able to do 16" box jumps and finish the WOD in 10:21. What?!! Thank you, OCF.
