15 Zero Count Burpees
10 Ring Rows (the original workout has pull ups here. You are more than welcome to do those if you are up to it after Tuesday!)

L3 - 15/10 kgs
L2 - 10kgs/15lbs
L1 - 4 Rounds
15 Red Stick Push Ups (15lbs/10lbs)
10 Zero Count Burpees
5 Ring Rows
L1m - 3 Rounds
10 Red Stick Push Ups (manageable weight)
10 Zero Count Burpees
10 Sit Ups

so happy i will actually be at the gym to celebrate "the birth of Jeff" (it sounds more epic when you say it that way ...which i think is appropriate) wish i were in better shape for those crazy red stick push ups, but that's when you just pretend you're trying not to let a guy who looks like a scary mr. clean lap you, and simply get it done ;) we love you Jeff!
