It's fascinating to see how CrossFit helps with so many different aspects of life. Any musicians and/or performers out there? If so, do you agree?

Today's small victory was being able to keep up with the group during the inchworms.
A celebratory haiku about today's warm up & the hard working Cf athletes? Sure!

If level 3 & 4 are the same weight and only separated by rounds completed, then how does one determine L3 or L4 if the recommended number of rounds aren't completed? I had several members ask that question tonight...

If they are using L3/L4 weight, then they are considered L3 unless they meet the prescribed minimum number of rounds for L4. For this particular workout, getting 22 rounds would be L3, getting 25 rounds would be L3 Rx, and 29 rounds would be L4 Rx.
