I've been getting a lot of inquiries on an early morning class so I guess I need to comply. I have some trainers who are willing to come in at the crack of dawn so here's my question to you. Would you like 6:00 a.m. or 6:30 a.m? As usual it will be on a trial basis and we will start with two days a week. If it's a hit we will do our best to add more classes and if it's not, well you know. Your input as always is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
