Friday Night Competitor's Night
Trainer Chris Sheets would like to start a Friday night competitor's class/workshop from 6:00p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The class would be every Friday night, however, depending on Chris' availability.
This can be for everyone! You don't have to be a Level 4 athlete to compete in the local competitions. The California Affliate league has a scaled WOD division. Let us know under comments if this is something that may interest you. Thanks!
WOD
3 Rounds
10 Shoulder Press (60/40 kgs)
15 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14 lbs)
20 Kettlebell Swings (55/35 lbs)
Run 400 meters
Modifications:
L4 - As RX
L3 - 50/35 kgs
L2 - 40/30 kgs, 16/12 lb mbc, 44/26 lb kb
L1 - Manageable weight, 10/8 lb mbc, 35/18 lb kb
L1m - 3 Rounds
10 Shoulder Press (manageable weight)
10 Medicine Ball Cleans (manageable weight)
10 Kettlebell Swings (manageable weigh)
Run 200 meters

I'm excited to start this friday.
Anyone have some thoughts on what movements they would like to work on? rope climbs muscle ups, handstand walks, etc....?
I'll be programming this in the next day or so!!! Everyone is welcome, this should be a lot of fun!!!
