What did you all think of the BodyFat testing? Were you surprised by the results or we're they expected? Hopefully this test will help motivate you for the remainder of the challenge. Keep the results nearby (on your fridge maybe?) so when you are having doubts or a weak moment you know exactly why you are changing your ways!

L1: DNF , so Fish mercifully called it L1M plus an extra round. I hope no one saw me crying. Here's a great number for you; after 10 days of paleo, my husband's blood sugar is lower than it's been in several years, 112! We're both flabbergasted at the immediate results.
