U.S. Army First Sergeant Michael "Hammer" Bordelon, 37, of Morgan City, LA, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), based out of Fort Lewis, WA, died on May 10, 2005, from injuries sustained when a car bomb exploded near him in Mosul, Iraq on April 23, 2005.
He is survived by his wife Mila; children Mike Jr., Jacob, and Johanna; mother Dolores; and sister Doreen Scioneaux.

L1 - 75/55 lbs, substitute hang power cleans for power cleans, substitute push press for jerk, assisted pull ups

5 hang power clean (manageable weight)

Nice work everyone that came out to the competition workouts. we had 14 people show up. Stoked!!! Everyone worked really hard and made me proud.
Every Friday we will ge working a little harder. My plan is to keep it interesting and add movements that we don't do often. My goal is to help everyone fill holes in their game and get you prepped for fun competition. I look forward to next friday.

Did Wednesday WOD this morning & L4 95# but subbed GHD's for pull up and added ring dips 27:39 was my time.
