I have been about 90% paleo and lost 7 lbs and all my pants are loser and I got into my tight jeans. Yeah

I've become an alcoholic.…

Lost a little more than I wanted. Rebalancing is taking care of that. Feel excellent and am shaving seconds off my running per mile time. Thanks Susan Parkhurst!

I have been saying goodbye to my "MOOBS" for the last three weeks.

anytime Chirs-Jax. :-) Glad to hear you've figured out the balancing and have been patient. Most people will get frustrated and quit at this point! Way to hang in there!
I haven't lost any weight, I've actually done my typical "gain" weight during a weight loss challenge! BUT I have leaned out some and started gaining more muscle.

I'm down 4 lbs but I can feel my endurance getting quite a bit better. My strength is coming back quick. I felt stronger at the end of this last week than I did at the beginning. My soreness from The workouts is a lot less too. I say it every time. "Why do I every fall off the wagon".

Whats the weight % on the 3x3 front squat? 80%, or 85%

Annie, Chris and Csheetsvideo, that's great to hear.
I'm down 3 lbs and struggling to find that balance, but I definitely feel stronger and less sluggish. I know I'm overdoing the fruit. Carlos (my husband) has lost 11 lbs.

Following but not strictly adhering and I've cut 7 pounds. I fell off the challenge last week when I passed out from a mandatory 12 hour fast/blood draw and was forced to eat a brownie by clinic staff. Metabolism has shot up otherwise.

I've leaned out and since I don't own a scale I'm not sure if I've lost any pounds. Overall, I've learned a lot about zone and that I actually prefer it and I've managed to make most of my meals paleo and zone.

If anyone needs info about the zone I have been doing it for two years now and have a lot of info.
