Lots of new people in the gym so a couple of veteran Oceanside CrossFitters are looking to do a Friday Happy Hour in the next couple weeks. We will let you know when and where as soon as the details have been solidified. This will give us an opportunity to hang outside of the gym and hopefully meet some new people!

Push Press
1 RM
followed by
"Tabata Quickie"
8 intervals of each exercise. Each interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. No rest between exercises.
- Ring Rows
- Kettlebell Swings (55/35 lbs)
- Push Press (95/65 lbs)
- Burpees
Modifications:
L4 - As RX
L3 - 75/55 lb pp
L2 - 65/45 lb pp, 44/26 lb kb
L1 - Modified ring rows, 35/18 lb kb, 55/35 lb pp
L1m - modified ring rows, manageable weights for kb & pp, modified burpees

Day 19 of the Nutrition Challenge

Everyone coming to the 6pm competitors WOD bring your jump ropes and tall sock. There are some rope climbs and double unders that are going down, along with skill work on those specific movements. I look forward to seeing everyone there. Its going to be a fun night.

Pictured above is a newbie. Her name is Abbey Glauch and she is one tough lady who is going to love OCF like her 2nd family. She has a heart of gold and has a sharp sense of humor. Beth and I have know her for a few years now.
