Modifications:
L4 - Barbell TGU, As RX
L3 - Barbell TGU, 70/50 kgs
L2 - KB or DB TGU, 50/35 kgs
L1 - KB or DB TGU skill work, manageable weight for front squat and power clean
L1m - TGU skill work
5 Rounds
5 Hang Power Cleans (manageable weight)
5 Air Squat or Front Squats (manageable weight)
5 Modified push ups
