*Athlete must change out own weight between sets
* Don't worry guys the weights represented were for the elite category so in our case they will be the meat head category.

they had chest to bar pull ups as the mod at the event - although the usual substitute is 3 pull ups and 3 ring dips per MU - Laura may have posted something else specific for the different levels today though, so I may be entirely off

L3 modified 14:55 (185-175-165-145-125) I failed 3 times at the 175# overhead attempt which meant I ended up doing 3 extra squat cleans on the round of three.
