L4 - a bit over 30 min (didn't look @ the clock)

5 rnds of 35 the knees to elbows is a pretty effective way of reminding me that i need to work on those.

that definitely felt like a hero WOD.

Agreed Ann, Definitely felt like a hero WOD! The blisters on my hands also let me know that I need to work on my Knees to elbows... along with learning how to read the board! Did 35 knees to elbows for 3 rounds then realized level 2 was only 25... guess it's better to over achieve, right??!! :-) after all, the blisters are only temporary...

Attention all you Paleo people who LOVE vodka like I do! I found an Australian Vodka named Boomerrang which is made from distilled grapes. It is at Trader Joes in the small bottle for $6 or big bottle for $10. It is not the smoothest but it serves its purpose while on the 100% Paleo challenge.
