49 more Burpees, Laura!!!

Unfortuately for the very few that made it yesterday they will have to endure more burpees (A different type though!). I couldn't let the rest escape without punishment!

I'm with Barbara. But I don't know if Laura is crazy for coming up with these workouts of if we are crazy for doing them !?! Maybe a bit of both :)

I think we must be the crazy ones since we show up, do them and then pay her for it. What re we thinking!?

I am disappointed with the lack of foul language in the comments since we can no longer use it in the gym.

Don't worry, Danny, you can still use your filthy language in the morning. We won't tell and how many artists are in the studio at 5:15? Curse away, curse away.
