100 Squats
30 Box jumps, 30/24 inch
30 GHD Sit-ups w/ med ball, 16/12 pounds
30 KB swing, 55/35 pounds
30 Push press, 75/45 pounds
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Wall balls, 20/14 pounds
Run 800 meters
