650 meter run

50 reps of:
1) Push Press, 75/45 pounds
2) Box jumps, 24/20 inches
3) Ring Rows
4) Back Squats 45/30 pounds
5) Parallette push ups
6) Double Unders

400 meter run

25 reps of:

1) Push press, 75/45 pounds
2) Box jumps, 24/20 inches
3) Ring Rows
4) Back Squats 45/30 pounds
5) Parallette push ups
6) Double Unders

250 meter run
