WOD Monday 05/19/08
Bear Complex
7 Sets of the following sequence:
1. Power Clean
2. Front Squat
3. Push Press
4. Back Squat
5. Push Press
5 Rounds to get to your max load.
Rest between rounds as needed.
No resting on the ground (even to re-grip).
Squats and push presses can be distinct or combined into thrusters.

Adult monkey bars?


Im pretty new to crossfit, though I have been an athlete my whole life- This was my first WOD on my own (I went to a few sessions with a group up in Los Angeles) and it went great!
