  • "Helen" (Run 400 meters, 21 KB Swings 55/35, 12 Pull-Ups)
  • "Diane" (21 Deadlifts 225/165, 21 Handstand Push Ups)
  • "Fran"  (21 Thrusters 95/65, 21 Pull-ups)

Rest 3 minutes between the workouts.
