Beginner's Fundamentals; One Week Course

The Beginner's Fundamentals Class consists of three classes, each class focusing on different basic fundamental movements of CrossFit. YOUR FIRST FUNDAMENTALS CLASS MUST BE MONDAY TO ENSURE A GOOD FOUNDATION FOR THE OTHER CLASSES IN THE COURSE.

Please enroll prior to the Fundamentals class as we have limited spots available. Click on the link below to register and enroll. Please be aware that there will be a $20 charge for no shows or late cancellations (notice given no later than 24 hours prior to class). Thank you!
