Certifications: CrossFit Level 1

I've been working out since I was 19 (that's a long time considering I’m 53!). I've done the globo gym, an all ladies gym, step classes, aerobics, cycling classes, boot camps, and my favorite, I had a personal trainer. But, after discovering Crossfit I found what I was lacking ... the FUN in working out and still getting a strength and conditioning workout combined. The coaching and encouragement you receive ...and then in turn you encourage others, it’s incomparable!

After 4 years of Crossfit and realizing this is a lifestyle I will maintain for the long haul, I received my Level 1 Crossfit cert to coach and share the FUN in working out!

I've discovered fitness is a way of life, a lifestyle - it is not your life! You do not need to spend 6 days a week in the gym to attain fitness. We all have different fitness goals, Crossfit meets everyone's needs, at various levels, for all ages and it can become part of your lifestyle forever. I KNOW I will be the 80 yr old -scratch that!- 90 yr old working out in my Crossfit gym.
